Following the placement of your order, items will be manufactured and typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. The delivery period is expected to be 2-8 business days after the items are shipped. It’s worth noting that metal art production takes approximately 5-7 days, but the shipping duration remains the same.

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

Made in USA items should be shipped out within 2-3 business days of your order (with the exception of woven blankets--which take 3-5 days). Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days to continental U.S. addresses. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the U.S. can take an additional 7-12 business days.) Orders that ship from the U.S. to other countries can take 10-30 business days to be delivered.

For our organic items that come in plastic free packaging shipped from the UK, delivery to the U.S. should only take about a week. UK delivery should take 3-5 business days, EU 5-10, and other international countries about 10-20 days.
